During one of the days of exploring we walked the beach (not by our condo) and we happened upon a baby seal laying nearly camouflaged against the rocks. We watched it for several minutes and the kids wondered who we should call. We asked a local at the dock and he said that the mom was near by she was just probably out fishing . . . we looked up and we could see her in the distance. The seal pup was very cute but we kept our distance.
