First Jr High Match

Colton is wrestling on the Jr High team and is enjoying it. On the days of the meets the wrestlers are expected to best dress, which this mom loves. I love seeing my boys leave the house in dress clothes ~ I think my boys are some of the most handsome boys on the earth. ~ I will get back to the wrestling.
The first meet of the season was up north at Box Elder high school. Colton lost both matches but the confidence that he took with him as he approached the mat amazed me. I felt my chest swell with pride as I saw him look his opponent in the eye. He continues to amaze me. His dedication to the sport, to his team and to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is top notch. He hasn't had dessert, soda or sweets since training started. Go Colton! The season will finish the end of January. I will post more pictures later.
