Science Fair 6th grade ~ Up in Smoke

Once again participation in the science fair was an assignment in Garett's class. He decided to see if he added colored water to dry ice if the vapor/smoke would change color....he used red, yellow and green colored water.

Garett was a bit disappointed that his hypothesis was wrong but we told him that is what science is all about. He was initally worried about his grade but once again we told him that not all experiments work out like you think. He got a great grade and we were very proud of him for once again coming up with the experiment on his own and doing this on his own.

He is becoming a great student and has Finally found a love for learning. Thank you Mrs. Sundt, you have tapped into something that no other teacher has been able to. Fantastic job G ~ we are very proud of you.
