and just like that vacation is over

After spending 6 wonderful days in Steamboat, the time has finally come to watch the condos fade in the rearview mirror.  So many memories on this vacation.  I can't thank everyone enough for making it great.  I realized that Tom and I didn't get in the pool once but we enjoyed the relaxation of the hot tub almost nightly and this was the first year that Weston joined the adults.  OMGosh!  This was also the first vacation that the boys left to go out on their own.  OMGOSH!  This was the first vacation that Tom and I sat in the backseat and just enjoyed the ride.  OMGOSH!  So many firsts and so many more memories.  I saw a quote yesterday and absolutely love it: "To be in your children's memories tomorrow you must be in their lives today"  I pray that my boys love making the memories with their old ma and pa as much as we love making them with them.
