just a quick story….

Weston has begun to tell his friends good bye.  The reality that he is leaving has really started to sink in.  For instance, tonight right before dinner he handed down three of his favorite tanks to three of his favorite friends, Colton, Garett and Sterling.  It was something so simple yet the gesture was one that made me choke back tears and I know the four boys were feeling it as well.  It is really here, he is really leaving for 2 years to serve our Father in Heaven, to preach the gospel that he loves and know to be true, and to touch the lives of others for good.  As a "greenie" to send out a missionary I am so overwhelmed with pride that my heart could literally burst.  I will miss him EVERY day, some days more than others.  Walk tall Wes you are here in these latter days to leave a mark and do miraculous things.  I love you to the moon and back.  Love, Mom.
