Party at OUR house….

Yep, at the Leatherow house we have started to party!  We have literally had someone over to enjoy the BBQ  every weekend.  Yep, it is usually Dale and his family; but we/I LOVE having company over and LOVE the taste of a good BBQ'd meal.

We started the season off with a BBQ to celebrate graduation.  I have kept the tradition going of hosting an openhouse for friends and family to gather and congratulate the graduate.  My mom started it with us and I plan on keeping it going.  It was a huge success.  Weston had many friends and family stop by to give him a high five, a fist pump or a huge hug and well wishes for his future.

I can't begin to express my love and gratitude for family and friends who helped me pull this off.  I could NEVER have done it without all your help.  I know I have said it a hundred times in previous posts but I will say it again I truly have the BEST family around hands down but to make the deal even sweeter I have surrounded myself with the BESTEST of friends.  From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!

Congratulations Wesman.  I am so proud of you and all that you have accomplished.  I love you to the moon and back and have been and always will be your biggest fan.  Love, Mom.

We also gathered at Josh and Jenn's house for a BBQ to celebrate Liam's birthday.  This little guy will steal your heart with just a quick smile but once you get to be around him and enjoy his quick wit he will have your heart forever.  Happy Birthday Liam!  We love you.

The kids loved the slip and slide; I believe that had a few of the "bigger" kids had smimsuits they too would have taken a slide.

No swimsuit?  No problem. Garett found the basketball hoop and enjoyed taking some shots.

 Don't let the size fool you ~ Kegan is 6 weeks older but don't mess with him he is the State Wrestling champ.

Looks like Logan has caught Colton.  These two are such good friends.  Love it.

Happy Birthday Liam!  Thanks for inviting us to celebrate your day with you.  We love you.

With the recent HOT days I bought a pool for all the little kids in the family and invited everyone over to enjoy the water.  Have I mentioned that I love having family and friends over?  So please if you are ever in our neck of the woods stop by and chat and if you can smell the BBQ we always have an extra plate.  

During the dinner Liam and Corben asked me if they could put the hose on the slide and make their very own waterslide.  I said not this time because it would make a  water/mud hole at the bottom of the slide but Uncle Tom said "shhhh don't tell Shar"

The kids LOVED it.  I hope the kids love coming over as much as Tom and I love having them.

I told the kids that I would begin collecting toys and such for them to play with when they visit and Hadlee said, 'I want a princess one' so I guess I will be buying princess toys for all the Leatherow princesses.  LIFE IS GOOD!
