Celebrating 60 years YOUNG

August 25th is my dad's birthday.  So we gathered at the man cave to celebrate his 60th birthday with him.  The food was great, the company fantastic as always the laughs a mile a minute.

There is something special about the bond between sisters and mothers.  I thank my Father in Heaven on a daily basis for allowing me to have such wonderful ladies in my life.  I pray that they know how much I admire each and everyone of them.  I am a better person because of them.

I feel so blessed to have this man as my dad.  He has always supported me, voiced his opinion when he disagreed but he always supported me; and continues to support me and my family every day.  He has taught my boys the value of work and always give 100% of yourself to something that you feel passionate about.  My dad has one of those looks and a voice that will let you know you have done wrong but it is those same eyes and that same voice that will melt every little girl's heart.

My dad is getting soft ~ yep those are tears.  Happy Birthday dad.  You are truly MY HERO.  I love you.
