You make we want to roll my windows down and …Cruise

Tom and I were suppose to spend the day (Oct 12) with our pals, Ali and Brian gathering firewood up at Brian's property but we had a few days of rain and snow and we were worried about getting the trailer stuck in the mud so we decided to cancel the trip.  Since we had already cleared our schedules Tom suggested we take a drive.  I was so thrilled it.  It has been quite sometime since Tom and I had some alone time to chat about everything and anything.  We stopped at the gas station filled the car and of course grabbed some goodies and away we went.  We went up Ogden Canyon, over Trapper's Loop, towards Heber and finally arrived at the Alpine Loop.  We have never done this before and we had seen some amazing photos so we wanted to see for ourselves.  We found Sundance ~ yep lived here my whole life and didn't know where that was.  The loop is narrow, lots of switchbacks and this particular Saturday it was BUSY!  Enjoy some photos of our day date!

I love this man more than I can put into words.  He is my soul mate, my best friend, my mischievous companion and my HUSBAND.  I thank my lucky stars every day that he chose me.  Thanks for the perfect date Tom.  I love you to the moon and back and then some!
