A new roof over our heads

This year we knew we would be replacing our roof and once the wet spring let up for a long weekend we jumped at the chance to get the job done.

I cannot even begin to express my love and appreciation for our family and friends who gave up their weekend to help us. It was such a blessing to have so much help.








As you can see from the photos we had plenty of help.




We only had one minor fall.....Josh came thru the back patio ~ OOPS. Luckily he was not hurt and we were able to just puch the siding back into place.


Anyone who knows me knows that I don't love the look on our home from the outside but it is amazing to me how just changing out the color of the shingles makes me love it so much more. The boys did a fantastic job of picking out the color.
