Wednesday, February 12th, Shon Brent Leatherow left this earth to be reunited with his family on the otherside of the veil. Our hearts were and still are broken. Shon was the life of the party and was always ready to laugh at our jokes. It is a blessing to us all that he went quickly and was in the arms of Eileen. Eileen held him and loved him as he slipped away. The siblings all worked together to plan and carry out the most fitting of services for him. His nieces and nephews all stood and paid tribute to Shon; Weston was able to share his words and I thank Colton for giving him a voice from El Salvador. RIP Shon until we meet again. We love you and miss you EVERY day.
Chad snapped the following photo of G saying good bye. His heart was broken. My heart hurt for him as he came to terms with the thought that he would no longer receive random text messages thru out the day from Shon. My boys really looked up to their uncle Shon. He was and still is their hero. He was the families hero.
