The Highland team did extremely well. Garett had to bite his tongue several times as he doesn't agree with the coaching style of the coach. But when the tournament was said and done G walked away with a MVP for one of the games and sore legs. I believe the correct term would be shin splints. OUCH!
While we were at the game Saturday morning Colton and Darbie where ice skating for the day date. One of the cutest couples!
Once we were all home I had my two handsome boys pose for a few photos. Yep, I got the eye roll and everything but I love them and want to capture as many memories as I can.
Colton only had to yell at my dogs for a few minutes before the door bell rang and his date was there looking stunning. Brycen and his date Maddie (sp) also arrived. Poor Maddie rolled her ankle something fierce at the ice sheet earlier in the day. What a trooper to still enjoy the dance.
and of course they all must pose in front of the fireplace with Dad's deer…..
I love that my boys and their friends are making wonderful memories together. I always feel better knowing that my boys surround themselves with friends both boy and girl who respect eachother and the parents. I just love it! Enjoy Winterball 2014
