The Living Planet Aquarium

Saturdays at the Leatherow house are usually so packed full we don't have time to breathe. But the last couple of weeks we have had free time! We seriously could get used to this. Well knowing that the past Saturday was another such day, Tom decided to take us to The Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy.
Our family has been to several aquariums up on the West coast so we were curious as to what to expect. We were all pleasantly surprised. It is very easy to get to off of I-15 and the staff was super nice. We walked around for several hours and we all even touched the sting rays. It was a great afternoon. After that we headed over to the Mayan for lunch and watched the divers. It was a GREAT Saturday.

Entering South America:

The penquins were a huge hit. The area was crowded with a capital C so I only snapped a quick photo and a not so good one but here you go:

I forgot my camera so the photos are taken with my phone. Bad mom moment. But we plan on going back and taking Weston and Kenz with us so I will be able to take more photos.
This was a WONDERFUL Saturday. Thanks Tom, you are simply the BEST.
